All Payments be made through digital mode to promote digitalization The college has fully embraced digitalization by adopting a policy that all financial transactions, including fees, staff salaries, and vendor payments, to be conducted exclusively through digital platforms or cheques. A monitoring system has been implemented to track transactions, generate regular reports, and ensure transparency. The college remains committed to continuous improvement by gathering feedback and updating systems to enhance user experience and security. These efforts demonstrate the college’s full compliance with the recommendation to promote digital payments, improving both efficiency and security.
2 Teacher be encouraged to enroll for PhD, and complete the same. To encourage academic advancement among faculty, the college implemented a recommendation for teachers to enroll in and complete PhD programs. As a result of this initiative, nine teaching faculties are PhD guides, six teachers have successfully completed their PhDs, while seven others are currently pursuing their doctoral studies during five years.

Courses may be taught on textile and diamond business that are flourishing in Surat. In response to the recommendation to offer courses tailored to the flourishing textile and diamond industries in Surat. The college has started 37 certificate courses on value and skill oriented courses in various field approved by Veer Narmad South Gujarat University during five years. College has also started B.com with Data Analytics specially for girls to Empower them.

College – Industry Linkage be strengthened for students. In line with the recommendation to strengthen the college-industry linkage for the benefit of students, the college has successfully established 28 Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with various industry and colleges. These collaborations are aimed at enhancing practical learning opportunities, Career guidance program, Training progrm/workshop,   facilitating internships, and ensuring that the curriculum is aligned with industry needs, thereby better preparing students for their future careers.

Since college has a four-storey building provision of lift should be made. Following the recommendation to install an elevator in the college’s four-story building, permission from the Surat Municipal Corporation is required, and the process is currently in progress.

Infrastructure should be further strengthened. We have made considerable progress by setting up a computer lab, creating smart classrooms, and regularly upgrading our IT infrastructure. Additionally, the college has renovated and repaired the building as needed.

Outdoor sports facilities be strengthened for the benefit of students. Due to limited space, outdoor sports activities were restricted. As a result, additional sports facilities were enhanced. The college established a Gymkhana Room equipped with advanced weightlifting instruments.
